My interest of cooking and making food. First time today I made the fina achaar


Fina achaar made of tomatoes, ginger, garlic, pa:kaa, mustard oil, fenugreek seed, green chilly, red chilly, salt, turmeric. I had never thought I would make this. I guess that is why we say, "never say never".



After this, I got the thhon ready, lets see how it turns out in about 4-5 days. Hopefully it turns out good, that I can make more and share with friends.

I had to make few calls for insurance, bank, parks and creation etc. After all those, I went to the pool to workout on my legs and knees. The half hour I spent there was good. I plan on going to the water late night again. I hope this will heal my aching knee.

Now its time for a movie, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, its interesting, scary a bit, no comedy at all.
