Tuesday the planning day

I woke up, was a bit tired yet decided to the gym. I was doing under 60 mph on 169 S and then it was time to take HWY 7 Westbound exit. As I took the exit, I slipped, my intial instinct was to brake, but then I remembered, I shouldn't. So, I steered, except I went left right, left right and the car was just slipping, finally it stopped. I was super scared, after that I couldnt give much gas to the car.

I went to the gym, worked out even though my legs were shaky slightly. I made it through the day. After the planning day, this and that meeting, the day at work was over. I came home, and then had some salad, it wasnt the best. I would rather eat something very tasty.

My new bootie arrived today

I was tired so I decided to skip gym and Yoga. I then went to have some food instead in Smashburger. When I reached home, my new bootie has arrived so tried it on. Nothing much to write today.

Its already Thursday today and was one on one which felt like taking an exam

I didn't go to workout in the morning except I had a good workout in the lunch time. Then some lunch and some work

After work, was time to stop at DSW then Tjmaxx and then home for food. I didn't want to cook but it end up being a very good healthy an tasty dinner.

Tuesday, the day just went fast

 I do not have much to write for today. I was so tired, I took a day off from workout. And that was a good idea. Instead I made a stop at Menards to buy the lock as I misplaced my padlock. I also purchased few here and there stuff, which I always like about Menards.

I didn't want to make much food and this is what I ended up eating for dinner. The dinner was just okay, nothing special and filled my stomach I guess. Hope to have some junk food sometime this week.

One more day closer to going home, one more day closer to finish all those documentations

I thought the first thing, I will do as Janaury starts is start, documentation. It didn't happen, and after 22 days, I haven't started as I had other things to do. The thing I was working on, had to be done over and over. Now I have 11.5 days of working days left and I am feeling omg. 

First things tomorrow, I am starting to work on it. I need to get this done. God help me. Sometimes things just happen this way. 

I woke up, freshened out,  made my smoothie, had half ot it and put half for after the Yoga. I had a plan for the day. I carried all my gym clothes, and went downstairs all ready to shine my Alpine White. It took me around 30 minutes to wash the car. It was only 8:52 am, there wasn't much I could do upstairs an I headed to the Gym. 

It was only 9am when I reached the gym, I hadn't planned much stuff, I had to kill the 45 minutes. I did some light knee workout including abs. Then soon it was time for the Yoga and today's price was better than last Monday. 

I then took shower, got ready and headed to Junu didi's house. I met the family, we talked, ate, hung out, it was nice and fun. They had previous committment for the kids, so I left as they were heading out. I made a stop at Target, didn't buy anything. Then dollar store for some Gift bags and then Kohl's to pick up the store. After that was time to come home and relax. 

I talked to mom, dad, Rencha while I made food. Dinner and tomorrow's lunch got ready and I had th talk done too. Overall, a good Sunday too.

A good Saturday where I had a lot of workout done

I woke up around 8am with a call from my brother. I talked to him, got ready and headed to the gym. I talked to him on phone while I drove there. Then it was time for me to do some knee workout, then the spin class. I got my almost regular bike to spin, and the workout was awesome, as I was sweating. I then had about 30 minutes of swim.

After the swim, I took a shower and headed home. I had my lunch and then went for a walk with my friend Marina. The walk was good, we had some interesting talks as well. Then I made a stop at Target to buy baby shower gift and some home stuff. After that was time to make a stop at Macy's to return the CK jacket.

I was so tired by that time. I still made a stop at the shoes area and found a nice pair of b.o.c Booties. I couldn't make up my mind so I didn't Then went to buy some birthday dresss for little kids. I purchased two cute dress for two little girls. Then was time for me to get home and relax and have dinner.

Day started out very tired yet it turned out to be okay

I woke uo so tired, when I went to the Gym, I could hardly workout. I went to the quiet dark room as always and then only stretched and that was my workout. It felt okay, when I reached work, I realized its going to be a long day.

The morning was all about TC review and after the lunch was the CPR training. The training was good and it was about 4pm. Mean time, I had made spontaneous plan with my friend to meet for HH and her mom. I wasn't very tired yet, I drove about 55 minutes and reached there.

I made a stop at Herbergers an returned the Calvin Klein dress, I had to return. Then I stopped by the Estee Lauder cosmetic, then was time to walk around the Mall until my friend arrived as she was running late due to Oil Change appointment. I had a great time with my friend and her mom, eating dinner, shopping, talking etc.

I found two very cute Ann Taylor tops, one was slightly tight in my arms so I had to let it go, which my friend purchased. I also purchased a cute top, it was expensie but I liked it.

An early start today and the week is coming to an end

I woke up at 5:30am, got fresh, then made smoothie, drank partly and off to gym. It was my plan to swim and it worked out perfectly.

After that work and I reached work at 8am sharp again today. Then this and that meeting and work etc stuff. I felt awesome after having a good workout today. Now its past 7pm, after amost 14 hours later, I am not tired. I love this feeling, I wish this happens often and I have more and more energy. Be in better shape, healthy, happy and energetic.

Monday today, good workout and an awesome lunch


I had a weird sleep last night, hopefully that is the last.  I had the smoothie, then off to gym.I had a good plan to workout, but it didn't work out quite in the morningy. I did knees and back workout. Then sat down to meditate. My mind wasn't clear at all and it was tough. So, I went to shower, got ready and reached work at 8am sharp.

Then after meeting, standup, work etc, it was time for lunch. I had Quinoa, Rainbow Trout and Cucumber achhar for lunch,. After eating all those, I didn't feel full and wanted more food.

As for work, it wasn't a very productive. At 4 pm, as every Monday, I left for Yoga. I made it on time. The practice was great. I was hungry and was thinking what to cook part of the practice..

So, here is what I had for dinner along with a cup of Cucumber achhar and maybe 1/2 cup of Quinoa.

Sunny Sunday with some healthy meal

I had some wine last night and woke up with slight headache. That didn't stop me from doing all the stuff I had planned. I got up, washed my face and brushed my teeth. I had very little oat meal with cereal and then off to Yoga.

The Yoga today was awesome, it was relaxing and new poses. I had to thank the instructor for a good Yoga practice. After that I came home, started to make food, mainly whole Rainbow trouts. I had asked my friend to come over but she couldn't. So, I made some other stuff. Cucumber achaar along with Quinoa salad with color peppers. After all the food was ready, I went to wash my car. I went with a piece of sponge and that worked so nicely. The dirt was easy to remove than my bare hands with car wash soap. My car was Pearl White again, bling bling beautiful.

I came upstairs, washed my hair, did my nails and then had my lunch.

After that, I went to Macys and DSW to return the stuff I had. I was so tired, needed to get back and sleep. I rarely take a nap, I actually can never take a nap. Today it worked out so nicely. Only if I could sleep this restful, I would be so thin. As I already have a healthy eating habit along with workout routine.

Saturday, was all excited about the sunshine and warm day

I woke up tired yet I made it to the Spin class. I didn't get my regular bike and my only option was either the first row corner by the mirror or those in the side. I took the bike by the mirror and oh boy, it wasn't fun being there.

The room was so cold today within 15 minutes, it was full of steam. It was yucky by the mid of the class, I couldn't focus. The workout wasn't so great but it was okay. After the class, I came showered there and came home.

I didn't have much time at home, I went to Costco with my friend. After coming home, I basked in the sun and headed to my friend's place. The sun was beautiful, simply beautiful to see it out after days.

I made a stop at the Liquor store and picked of my favorite, Maritini Rossi for my friend's new house to celebrate. We didn't open it but, left it for another time I guess. After sipping a lil wine, three of us went to BestBuy to buy few stuff. I also purchased the Chromecast in the meantime. We got back around 9:30pm and then was time to eat. I reached home around 11pm, then to bed.

Friday the 13th, which scares me remembering that Friday when I had the accident on HW7 Westbound

I managed to stay safe today. I didn't even make it to the gym and was so tired, I came home. While sitting down in my Ikea Poang Chair, I remember the song. And that was it all I needed. I started singing, I recorded too many times. I didn't get video made though. Now, I know what is my entire weekend going to be like. "Namaana Laaj Yestari" by Arun Thapa.

Workout, Work, New Clutch and Happy Hour

I was so tired by the midday, I didn't know how I was going to make it to the Happy Hour with Erin. After everything, before Happy Hour I made a stop at CC and this is what I found. I intially bought it for wedding gift but then I liked it so I am keeping it. I went there just to check out some fashion jewerly necklace.

First day of New Years

I got fresh and checked gym schedule, since Sara wasn't doing a class, I decided not to. I had breakfast, I didn't some cleaning and then it was time to go out. 

I went to Southdale to return the stuff I had purchased. I made a stop at "The "Limited" as they were having a store closeout. I checked some stuff and ended up buying two things even though I wasn't in love with. The polka dot sweater and the sleeveless top. I will post the picture here when I get to it.
