I had a weird sleep last night, hopefully that is the last. I had the smoothie, then off to gym.I had a good plan to workout, but it didn't work out quite in the morningy. I did knees and back workout. Then sat down to meditate. My mind wasn't clear at all and it was tough. So, I went to shower, got ready and reached work at 8am sharp.
Then after meeting, standup, work etc, it was time for lunch. I had Quinoa, Rainbow Trout and Cucumber achhar for lunch,. After eating all those, I didn't feel full and wanted more food.
As for work, it wasn't a very productive. At 4 pm, as every Monday, I left for Yoga. I made it on time. The practice was great. I was hungry and was thinking what to cook part of the practice..
So, here is what I had for dinner along with a cup of Cucumber achhar and maybe 1/2 cup of Quinoa.
