This year, I've traveled a lot even though I have travelled to so many different places I haven't had one that really satisfied my heart. 

I flew two times across the world and I have flown to many different places as well. The last trip that I had in November to St. Louis was great as it really satisfied my heart. I managed to forgot all the aches and pains . 

I came back really tired and I became sick I still feel glad that I did that. After that I wanted to have some more trips this year at least 1 or 2.  The past weekend I was in Scottsdale, Arizona for the weekend. The trip was awesome. It was my 1st time stargazing in the middle of the desert at almost 3:00 a.m. I was a little bit scared in the pitch dark extremely quiet desert but it was awesome. 

From stargazing to walking in Scottsdale to walking around and going to the bar/club in the entertainment district. And hiking in Chulla Camelbak Mountain to eating at the local Mexican restaurant. Oh boy, the food was awesome. It was just awesome, afterwards standing in line for half an hour to get those Mexican bakery what awesome as well over all about less than 60 hours under less than 60 hours I just had an awesome trip. 

Sweet romantic movie for the evening

I spent the day at home, making momo then cleaning the kitchen sink, counter top, stove etcs. I started to be a bit bored so started looking for movies. Thats when I started watching "The Birthday Wish", it was worth the time.

Now I am on to the second movie, lets see how that goes. This one is called Manhattan Romance, hope this is as nice as the above.

So just like that December 1st came again this year

Its a special day yet it reminds me, time is flying. I have not been feeling so well the past few days. I wasn't sure how this day would be like. I went to bed on-time after a not so good evening. But, the days started out okay.

I wanted to sleep more but, I woke up, got fresh and got ready to meet my friend. Like the past few years, I met my friend Marina for lunch. Before I met her, I made a stop at HomeGoods to return something, after that my stop was Ulta, it didn't quite work. But, its okay. I then made a stop at Macy's, they had some nice purse but I didn't like any or it was too expensive.

I met my friend for lunch in BB, we had some good lunch. We had a great conversation, then we walked around the Mall for shopping.

VS, Sephora, Macy's, Nordstrom, Banana Republic, Loft, Ann Taylor, Black & White, we stopped everywhere. After all this, we had some good Haagen Dazs icecream.

It was time for some Green Tea and Coffee for her. After some walking around to find her new clothes, we decided to head out as the snow hashad made its appearance fast. Reached home, talked to Rencha, Sushil, showed snow to Tisa misa and Samiyog babu, and it is now movie time after my apple with almond butter.

November 26th, 2018 babu left for Thailand

The day finally came and seeing the pictures of him leave was a bit sad. I know his decision has made some of us sad, especially mom and dad, but I hope his decision will bring him back shortly. I hope he will decide to become a temporary rather than permanently.

Overall, the day went fast but, I had some sad moments.

Love for cooking, Rainbow trouts, soup and Momo

Sometimes the healing therapy for all the aches and pain, is cooking. The plan to cook, all worked out well. And Soup and Raibow Trout are all cooked and ready to be eaten.

When the weather is cold, my mind and heart keeps hearing, make me, make me, please make me. However, Momo is not steamed yet so its not ready to be eaten yet. When its ready, I will post the picture here.

Swonti nakha, Mha Puja, Kija Puja wo family time

I needed a good trip this year, which satisfied my heart. This STL trip definitely gave me that feeling. Yes, I had a bad headache, didn't get good sleep but the time I spent with the family, was so worth it.

The jokes we cracked, the songs we sang, the card games we played, everything just was great. The weather didn't cooperate very well, which mostly kept us inside, and that was for a reason. We wouldn't have been inside so much if it wasn't for the weather. Again, no complain but quality time with all was nice.

I sorta forgot some of the issues I was having, it felt nice from deep inside. This trip added one more state to the 'been there' state list of mine. When I think about travel, I have travelled quite a bit this year, almost same like in 2014.

I have flown across the world two times, Bali, Boston and Virginia for the second time, Philadelphi and St. Louis for the first time and Chicago for the 3rd time in the city. I have at least one more travel scheduled, and I am not sure I will make at least one or two more this year.

Selenium Conference in Chicago in October 2018

First Selenium conference experience and that was great. I wish I could go to attend in Japan next year, that would be a another great experience.

Meeting Simon Stewart was super nice as well. I got a picture with him that made me feel happy to finally meeting a Selenium Guru.

Style & Co Chicklet Wedge Thong Sandals

I finally found this sandal for mom. As soon as I saw this pair few weeks ago, I fell in love with it. I couldn't find the size for me or mom. However, I found the size for mom, meaning I made it mine.

I went to try some new foundations, hoping at least I will like one. Clinique, Dior, Chanel and Lancome. I would like to try Chanel for one time even though it's expensive.

Toastmaster today and a new pair of wedge, what else I could ask for

I was invited to a different Toastmaster today. And I think that was one of the best part of the weekend. This morning, I went to pickup the bookshelf and a wall decor "DREAM". I brought the bookshelf inside and put my sexy shoes. I also hung the wall decor. I loved both.

Then I mnade a stop at TCO to pickup my reports. Then Mall stop where I purchased a pair of Jessica Simpson wedge, a little taller than I would like but its cute. As I was looking for picture I fell in love with another Jessica Simpson and it's beautiful Pump.

After the fun time buying shoes was time for Toastmaster. I wasn't sure what I was expecting, after reaching there found out, its the kid's program. And I was assigned to evaluate one of the kid's speech. All the kids did great with their speech. And felt so happy to evaluate and provide feedback to Angelica. She was very good, gave the speech with so much confident.

Upon closing, her mom thanked me for the good evaluation. Gopu dai also thanked me and gave me a compliment " I didn't know you are such a strong speaker". It was my pleasure. So, after TM, time to come home and enjoy my time at home. I haven't been home this weekend much wohooo. Busy busy weekend, I liked it.

Skipped spin class today

I had a 10AM babyshower and then one in the afternoon. I had fun during both. Some pictures from the second shower.

Happy Hour at Pub 729

I was tired, yes I was tired, nothing new right. Then after work it was time to head to the Pub to meet a friend and sit down and chat. I wasn't going to have my beer but I did anyway thinking my friend was going to drink. We had a beer each, some sweeet potatoe fries and margarita pizza. Pizza was thin crust so worked out great.

After that it was time to come home, I was excited to see the two packages unfornately, nothing was good so are going back to the store.

Sunday night,my Samsung S5 became a toast and went to heaven

It was somewhat boring Sunday for me. I tried to make it better though. I cooked and then watched the game. Around 2pm, I made a trip to Super Target and then to Tjmaxx. I bought the things that I needed for the house. I also found the new pair of prescription sunglass, I am going to get it made soon.

Then after getting home, I went to Ar and Sajan dai's. I showed her to make aloo toosi achaar.
About an hour or two of chatting, hanging out, time to go their vegetable garden to pick up some greens.

I came home, had my dinner and talked to my brother. I was just about to say bye to him, my phone fell and it became a toast. It fell on the carpet but it did hit slightly on the bar stools. I guess my phone even got tired of how things are going on and it must have been tired of me not buying a new phone.

Sunday night, just before bed, phone was Toast and decided to go to Heaven. I really loved my S5.

I had a dream, I had plans and I had wishes

I had a dream, I had plans and I had wishes, how this would be. I knew about the challenges but that seems like nothing right at this moment. I can't believe how this has turned out to be. It seems like, things always seem to be this way for me. Although people might say, that's how one feels when it happens with them.

This seems to be an neverending thing in my case. I had thought finally things are turning in a right direction in my life, that's when it reversed or I don't know which direction it has gone. I don't think things have to be this way, this is very abnormal. I can talk about it, be sad, do everything but you need two hands to clap. One hand can't make that happen. Maybe I am wrong but I don't see the right thing to do other than that one thing.

I am a fighter but pointless fighting alone. Things do not seem to get better but worse everyday or maybe I am overthinking it. I am not sure about anything anymore. This life needs to take a turn into a right direction soon. I am exhausted. Change is inevitable and this is just a state. But this is one of the most umpleasant state, that's how I feel.

A glass top wine table

Slowly, I have more ideas coming in my mind to decorate my sweet home. I saw this glass top wine table and after work and Yoga, I went straight to pick it up. I liked it and decided to purchase. I brought it home cleaned it and now its all ready.

It needs some wine bottle, which will come soon.

A year anniversary today

A year passed by so quickly. It seemed like with so much effort, packing, moving etc I moved into the house. It was an exciting moment for me. However, if I had family with me, would have been nicer. This year, I plan to make this house look more of a beautiful home, wheen I have friends and family come in. they will be stunned looking at the decor and home cozy home.

Spin class on a Saturday after weeks followed by other activities

Spin class at 9:15am was awesome. I finally got to the store to pick up some ceiling fans and then the stop at Mercedes dealer and then a stop at Macys and Sephora. It was almost 4pm when I got home. Afterwards cooking and then friends over for dinner. It was nice.

After having the veggie burger as Merc dealer event, I was eating ice-cream and then a car lot
checkout for nice cars. I spotted one nice car, and had a big price tag on it.

2018 Mercedes -AMG GT S, sleek looking car, I would love to go on a ride on this. I didn't like the how it looks from the back, but I was sold by the front.

I stopped at DSW in Arbor Lakes and fell in love with this Pump. I ordered the shoes to be delivered to my house. When I got back from my trip, it was right at my door steps, wohoo...
