Almost reaching the end of this season swim class.
I woke up with mild sinus headache and I was a bit tired too. Thinking about sitting in traffic if I leave from home, made me wake up and head to the gym. It was a very good decision. By 6:30am I reached gyn, I did interval biking and then some back workout, along with few knee stuff.
By 8:10am, I was at work. It was a nice day, and walked for an hour, another good decision. After sitting in 1.5 hour long meeting, I started feeling tired. Thinking about the class at 7:30pm, just made me more tired.
Around 4:30ish, I left work and straight went to Avenida for HH. The food was okay.The next stop was Michael's to get the glass for the frame I have. I was proud of myself that I finally got this picture framed after years of it sitting by the dining area.
Swim class was okay, we all managed to swim from shallow end to the deep, I was one of them without a life jacket. Its a habit to look into the water when I swim, so I realized I am in the deep end, started to get nervous. The instructor was so nice, he reminded me to breather. Finally, I reached the one end, to take the life jacket to jump, me and one of classmates, started to swim back. That's when someone else brought it for us, meaning we had to swim back again. It was sorta fun.
I jumped five times today, and I finally realized that I should have been swimming in the deep end more, I would have been swimming with no noodle or board. Yes, all those people who mentioned to be that swimming in deep end, you can learn quickly hit me that day and so was Nhas cha right as well. I guess everyday you learn something new.
