Wohooo, its finally its Friday.

So, here I go and log my food for the day. At least its Friday and exciting to think, no work for two days. I can sleep in, do nothing, sit, eat do whatever I want to, right. 

Breakfast - Cereal again

1 cup 2% milk, 1/4 cup of old style Oat-meal with 1/2 cup Honey Oat Cereal
 

Lunch again similar as yesterday, excepy no lettuce today. My salad is a bit smaller than yesterday. 

Big Salad
Spinach, Salmon, 10 black berries, 2 tiny oranges, 1 stick of cheese, 1/2 cup walnut
I was still hungry after eatin this salad. Since the guys at work pushed me to go eat outside, and I did. 

Muhshromm soup with Fresh Shrimp roll
Dinner - I ate some leftover veggies from lunch time, with two Organic eggs. 
Veggies with 1/4 cup rice and 2 organic eggs
