Today I started logging what I am eating

Today is Thursday and started taking pictures what I am eating and logging. 

Breakfast - Cereal
1 cup 2% milk, half cup of old style Oat-meal with 1/4 cup Honey Oat Cereal

Lunch very tasty and healthy as well.
Big salad
Baked salmon 4 oz salmon with salad with lettuce, spinach, 1/4 cup walnut, 8 blackberries, 2 tiny oranges
I was so hungry all day today, I came home after the Happy Hour at Kip's pub they had nothing for me but, the veggies. Who wants to eat that ? So, I came home and made the Wai wait with vegetables, it was tasty. 

Stir fried Wai wai with veggies (cabbage, spinach, mushroom)
